Commission, New Delhi has granted accreditation to Kumaun University, Nainital
as a Nodal Agency for conducting SET exam for Uttarakhand State for the year
2011-12 in the following 23 subjects based on the vacancies available and the
request of the State Government.
USET is equivalent to NET conducted by the central government, likely is being conducted to fulfill the vacancy of Professor, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor in Digree Courses of Uttarakhand
